Where is the winning colour?

I was in Durban recently and met a lot of local Indian friends who have settled here since decades. Its an Irony, but they say that the situation has not changed much after SA got freedom from Apartheid. They say that 'they were not white enough during Apartheid and not black enough now'! Really stuck in between!
